2012 Year In Review

Happy New Year! Now that 2013 is officially here, it's time to look back and see what I accomplished last year. 2012 was a big year for me. I had more free time than ever before so I sewed like a mad woman. I also traveled like crazy, visiting England, Paris, and New York City for the first time, as well as going back to old favorites like Denver and L.A.. Overall, it is a great year to look back on.

(Probably my favorite costume of the year)

Costumes and Accessories:
Bustle for Sara
Pink linen undies – petticoat, pockets, bumpad
Mitts for Sara
2 new 18th century shifts

Modern Sewing:

Started but unfinished:
Pink 1790s over dress - This was started and nearly completed for Dress U, but I lost steam once I realized my regency stays were too big.
Riding habit waistcoat - Still needs buttons and buttonholes
Regency Stays - This is what I'm currently working on and I hope to have them finished this week.

Vacations and Events:
Denver and Estes Park, Colorado – September
